Chapter 100 The Oprah Winfrey Show 2
Chapter 100 The Oprah Winfrey Show 2
Chapter 100 Oprah Show Part 2
Link surveyed his surroundings to prevent any unexpected situations, since there are crazy people everywhere, and he didn't want to encounter any terrifying attacks.
After observing with the X-ray vision and confirming that it was safe, I withdrew my gaze.
Oprah Winfrey, as the host, took the stage first, started the live broadcast, and gave the opening remarks. Then she solemnly invited the Avengers to appear. As the music started, Link and his two companions stood up.
Captain America entered the studio in the first position, Black Widow in the middle, and Link at the very back.
The audience was very enthusiastic, their shouts almost lifting the ceiling, until Steve pressed his hand down, after all, he had seen this kind of scene many times, this time in a larger venue with more people.
"Welcome, all three of you. I notice your outfits are quite unique. Are these your battle suits?" Oprah asked, standing to their side.
Steve said, "Yes, they are all newly designed suits that incorporate new technologies."
"What technology?" Oprah asked.
Steve turned to Link. "Link, show me."
Link tapped his helmet, then receded like a receding tide, "Wow..."
Not only Oprah, but all the audience members gasped in surprise, and Link said, "Nanotechnology, I believe everyone has seen it in science fiction movies, but it is not science fiction."
"Currently, it will not be used for commercial purposes, but solely for the Avengers."
"That's amazing technology. Please have a seat, all three of you, and let's begin our conversation today." Oprah skillfully controlled the flow of the program.
Actually, there was no time limit for the program today, because the viewership had already exploded, with over a billion people watching around the world.
Tonight's episode of GG has already sold out, and the TV station is definitely making a profit. The Avengers don't care about the money, so the TV station is very cooperative with them.
After taking her seat, Oprah asked, "We've gathered feedback from audiences around the world and compiled a list of questions, the most frequently asked of which is: Do aliens exist?"
Steve was speechless, Black Widow smiled, and Link said directly, "If you still don't believe it by now, then it just shows that the human psyche is too fragile."
"The facts are right before our eyes: those giant alien creatures are still lying in New York, and dealing with them is extremely difficult."
"The existence of extraterrestrials will not change because of the will of humans on Earth. They are there and will not disappear because of our thoughts."
"It's like they want to attack Earth without asking for Earth's opinion, but they directly use force. It sounds terrifying, but that's the reality."
Link paused here, giving everyone time to think and process the situation. Although the atmosphere was somewhat somber, everyone already knew the truth, but they were simply unwilling to admit it.
This is blatant self-deception!
Oprah, being prepared, waited a moment before immediately asking, "So why would aliens attack Earth?"
"Did this happen suddenly at this time, or was it foreshadowed?"
Link said, "I need to correct you. The aliens didn't arrive suddenly. They've come many times. Throughout human history, there have been many aliens."
"During the Battle of New York, you should have seen a man in armor and a cloak, wielding a hammer."
"He can fly and control lightning. This image should be familiar to everyone. He is Thor, the god of thunder in Norse mythology, and his name is Thor."
Oprah asked in surprise, "So, Mr. Lin means that the gods in Norse mythology really exist?"
“That’s right!” Link nodded. “He comes from Asgard, is the son of Odin, the king of the gods, a true prince.”
"Of course, you can also think of them as aliens. Long ago, frost giants wanted to conquer the earth, but Odin, the king of the gods, led the army of Asgard to defeat them."
"That's how Norse mythology came about. They really came to Earth and protected it. In the universe, among advanced civilizations, Earth is a place protected by Asgard."
Link just said it was dangerous, but now he says Earth is protected, so the audience's emotions are going up and down.
Oprah thought for a moment and then asked, "So, are they real gods?"
"According to some ways of thinking on Earth, they are indeed gods, after all, the average lifespan of Asgardians is five thousand years, but they are not immortal," Link said. "It depends on how you interpret it."
"And I believe everyone can see that although Asgard has included Earth in its protection, they have not truly ruled the Earth."
"You should know that they actually rule several planets, but Earth is not ruled by them."
Steve began, "We're actually quite puzzled by this too, but Thor hasn't told us why."
"It seems he doesn't know either; only Odin, the king of the gods, knows about this."
Oprah asked, "So there must be some secret here."
Link nodded and said, "Indeed, there should be a secret. Actually, everyone can try to put themselves in the shoes of others and think about it."
Why didn't Odin rule the Earth?
"The positions of nine planets, including Asgard and Earth, in the universe form a giant World Tree, with Earth at the center."
"This place is special, yet Odin did not rule it. The only explanation I can think of is that he protected more than just Asgard."
"Hmm~" Oprah was puzzled. "I'm a little confused. Earth has protectors?"
"We can't verify that, because if it were true, they would be incredibly ancient. How long has modern civilization been developing?" Link shrugged. "Actually, everyone's idea is correct: governments around the world are hiding a lot of things."
"Because these things involve extraterrestrial civilizations, which is a fact that ordinary people cannot accept, there is a global organization responsible for handling related matters."
"The Avengers were founded by this organization, which invited us to join."
"The reason for this is simple: if an alien civilization invades, even if we cannot stop them, we must inflict heavy losses on them and make them pay a sufficient price."
Oprah frowned and said, "That sounds quite tragic. With so much protection, why go through all this?"
Link said, "Neither Asgard nor the unknown Guardians have communicated with any governments, and they haven't interfered with humanity's development." Link added, "Our development hasn't received any guidance."
"They are unknown to us."
