Chapter 143 Killing Ronan
Chapter 143 Killing Ronan
Chapter 143 Killing Ronan
The collector, with a mournful expression, said, "Of course, this is what I'm giving to you. I hope you can help me get out of this trouble."
Link thought for a moment and had the other party unlock the Cosmic Orb, then put it on as a ring. After Link put it on, there was no reaction at all, which made the Collector realize that the other party's body was too powerful, and the power provided by the Power Stone could not make any change in him.
Link showed off the four rings in his hand. They were currently existing independently, instead of forming a single unit like in the Infinity Hand. Of course, Link could make them unite at any time.
The Time Stone is currently in the hands of the Ancient One, while the Soul Stone requires a soul to obtain. If Link can't get either of them, how can Thanos show off?
Should we go and kill him right now?
Forget it, I've gotten a bit too cocky. Without the Yellow Sun Link, I'd better keep a low profile to avoid handing the gem over to someone else.
He directly opened a spatial portal, allowing Bruce, T'Challa, and Sam to come over, and maintained communication with Natasha.
Link led the three out of the collection room and downstairs, where he began to explain the situation.
The Void is a mining site, containing the head of a colossal cosmic creature, whose various brain tissues are extremely valuable materials.
This shocked the three of them greatly; they never imagined that the universe was like this.
All three were dressed in battle armor. This was a very chaotic place. Link had a box of throwing knives on his lower back. Ronan must have brought soldiers with him. They needed to kill them quickly.
Pistols are not suitable here; energy guns are more powerful, so throwing knives are better.
There might be a battle here, and Ronan's fighter jets might even get in. Just use the energy guns to deal with those jets.
Their ambush location was downstairs from the collection room. Ronan and his men had someone bring in the red-skinned female slave.
Ronan's fleet has not yet arrived, so they have time to wander around and take a look. However, this is a chaotic place where all kinds of wanted criminals from different universes gather.
Therefore, they still need to be careful.
Wearing combat gear here doesn't seem out of place, because the guys here dress all sorts of ways, most of them are in combat uniforms, ready to fight at any time.
……
Not long after, the Collector sent a message saying that Ronan's fleet had moved, he had released Star-Lord, and resolved the standoff with the Marauders.
The raiders' movements are currently unknown, but Ronan is heading straight here.
Link contacted Natasha and told her to prepare for the attack. The four of them arrived at the collection room and split up to lie in wait. Bruce transformed and sat at the entrance.
Link and his two companions lay in ambush opposite him, launching a sneak attack from behind; Hulk was the bait.
Ronan’s massive warship suddenly appeared outside the Void, and several Necromancers landed. Ronan then emerged with Nebula.
Link glanced at them from afar and saw only Ronan and Nebula; the rest were just soldiers.
No problem. Ronan is strong, but he's not enough for Link and his team.
Hulk sat listlessly by the door, drawing circles on the ground with his thick fingers, which made everyone around him keep their distance. Ronan didn't care who it was or how big the other person was.
Nebula strode forward and shouted, "Get out of the way of that big guy!"
Hulk was pleased; he was sitting there obeying Link because Link was the first person to persuade Bruce to accept Hulk.
And he was very friendly to him. He could see outside through Bruce's perspective, thanks to Link's persuasion.
He and Bruce often switch places, except that he always appears in deserted areas, but that's enough to make Hulk happy.
Hulk especially loves to take baths in lakes, so Stark bought a natural lake and the surrounding land for this purpose.
Link then called to Natasha, "Do it!"
Hulk saw Nebula standing in front of him and suddenly attacked. "Bang..." With just one punch, Nebula was sent flying.
Ronan stared wide-eyed at the direction Nebula had flown off in, then ordered his soldiers, "Kill him."
"Whoosh..." Several throwing knives flew from behind, and all his soldiers were stabbed in the back of the neck, and then they fell down one after another.
T'Challa leaped out from behind and kicked Ronan in the back with a "bang."
His movements were very much like those of a black panther, extremely light, so much so that even Ronan didn't notice.
Hulk lunged forward, raised his foot, and with a loud "boom," stomped Ronan under his foot.
Link grinned. Ronan was in a really bad situation; he had no prestige left.
Link stepped out, energy gun in hand, aiming at several undead fighters not far away, "biubiu..."
"Boom boom..."
Then he walked up to Hulk. "Hulk, let me see how our friend is doing?"
"Hulk!" Hulk shouted, demonstrating his power, and then lifted his foot, embedding Ronan's body deep into the ground.
Link looked at it, then raised his energy gun, "biubiu..."
Ronan's body was riddled with bullets, leaving it mangled and battered. Sam returned carrying Nebula, frowned upon seeing the state, and asked, "Was this necessary?"
"Is it necessary? Didn't you see his file?" Link said. "This guy is a warmonger. The Kree signed a peace treaty with Xandar, but he was very dissatisfied with it and left with a valuable fleet to find the power to destroy Xandar."
"This man should not be alive; his existence is a threat to peacemakers."
A camera slowly appeared on Link's arm and took pictures of Ronan's corpse. "With this, we can go to Xandar to show our goodwill."
"Prepare for battle now, tie her up."
Link turned to look at Nebula. She couldn't be killed yet; they didn't know the situation and needed to assess it later. Alternatively, they could hand her over to the Xandarians.
"Lin, the Necromancer is starting to descend," came the Collector's voice.
A flying skateboard began to appear behind Link, and he said, "Battle! Natasha, attack the enemy ship's left flank!"
"Understood!" Natasha had already directed her warship to approach the enemy warship from behind at high speed, accelerating towards it. "Aim the main guns at the enemy warship's left flank."
"Secondary guns, prepare to fire!"
"..." There was no sound in the universe. Two huge beams of light shot towards the enemy ship, hitting its left wing, and two huge balls of fire appeared.
"Secondary guns, fire! Aim at the breach!" Natasha continued, issuing orders.
At this moment, Ronan's warship was in a very bad situation. Not many Necromancers had landed, and the Necromancers were concentrated on the left and right flanks.
The ship's left hull was severely damaged, as were the Necromancers inside. Then, the secondary guns opened fire at full power, and the main guns began to recharge.
