Chapter 22 "The Everlasting City" by Belloberg

Lin Qiong shook his head helplessly; he knew this would happen.

It must have been the appearance of that ice wall that had attracted everyone's attention, allowing Sambo to slip away.

But that's not the key point. The most important thing now is how to get rid of the suspicion of being identified as Sambo's accomplice.

Just then, in order to get the blond man's attention, Lin Qiong raised his right hand above his head, waved it, and shouted loudly:

"Sir, may I have a few words with you?"

"As long as you listen to us, we promise to cooperate obediently!"

The blond man looked at Lin Qiong, who was waving his hand. Unlike Dan Heng and Xing beside him, he could not sense any danger from Lin Qiong.

After thinking for a moment, he nodded.

After receiving the blond man's approval, the silver-maned iron guards stopped tightening their encirclement.

However, one of the Silvermane Iron Guards next to Jepard believed that Lin Qiong was making things up and immediately prepared to step forward to suppress Lin Qiong.

Jepard then turned and walked toward a snow-covered expanse with extremely low visibility behind him.

"You can see Belleberg once you pass through this snow curtain."

Upon hearing Jepard's words, Lin Qiong and the others exchanged glances and followed Jepard, who had taken the lead, into the snow.

Lin Qiong and the others had only been gone a short while.

The surrounding landscape, which had been filled with a blizzard, suddenly changed.

Lin Qiong and the others found themselves on a hillside. Looking down, they saw a magnificent city standing amidst the vast snowfield.

Towering walls form a huge circle, keeping out the thick white snow, while bridge-like roads extend across the walls, connecting all parts of the city.

The towering building in the city center resembles a giant cylindrical structure, silently watching over the entire city.

Just as Lin Qiong and the others were still feeling the awe that the city had brought them, Jepard's voice attracted everyone's attention.
