Chapter 15 Transforming My Girlfriend
Chapter 15 Transforming My Girlfriend
Chapter 15 Transforming My Girlfriend
The two were sitting outside a restaurant, drinking coffee and eating sandwiches, looking relaxed and content as they watched the crowds rushing to work.
Link brought a gun, and Jessica even asked him about it. Link explained that he was now a multi-millionaire, so he needed to carry necessary weapons in case he got kidnapped.
Because of Link's precise control over his power, Jessica didn't discover his secret, and he wasn't going to reveal it for the time being.
Both of them kept the secret to themselves!
Jessica and Tracy, these two sisters, actually envy each other, and they both find warmth and sunshine in each other.
Neither of them was having a good time. Link was thinking about finding the Purple Man and taking him down. This guy's abilities were too overpowered; it would be better to kill him sooner rather than later.
After breakfast, Link drove Jesse to a large barbershop, the kind with a professional barber like Tony.
Link said to the manager, "Give this lady a haircut, a big, wavy, shoulder-length style, parted to the side."
The other party immediately understood and called over a hairdresser. He told the hairdresser about Link's request, but the hairdresser did not agree immediately. Instead, he said he needed to see the customer's face shape first.
Link didn't object. He had Jessica sit down, and the hairdresser took a comb, adjusted Jessica's hairstyle, and then readily agreed to Link's suggestion.
This took more than an hour. The first step was hair treatment. According to the hairdresser, this young lady was too casual about her hair.
After a slight trim, they started perming her hair. Jessica's hair was very thick, and she also had thick eyebrows, which also needed to be trimmed. This service was available here.
Link wasn't in a hurry. He smoked in the rest area and watched Jessica get her hair done.
A hairstyle can often transform a person, and Link enjoys watching his women transform.
Jessica looked in the mirror and realized that she did look different after the hairstyle change. However, she was wearing jeans, a women's blazer, and boots.
Link got Jessica a membership card and topped it up directly, and gave her a business card from the store.
"Come back regularly for hair treatments. Your hair is very thick and beautiful, but it still needs some care," Link said considerately.
Most women couldn't stand him like that, and Jessica was no exception; she was essentially just an ordinary woman.
Link drove up to Chanel, where someone immediately greeted him, saying, "Welcome."
Link pointed at Jessica and said, "Let her try on all the clothes for the season, as well as shoes and perfume."
"No problem!" The sales assistant immediately led Jessica to have her measurements taken.
Next, Jessica tried on outfits one by one, just like a model, and then came to Link.
The sales assistants here are all trained; they won't let you try on clothes randomly, but will match clothes and shoes for you based on your body shape and appearance.
As for perfumes and cosmetics, that depends on personal preference, and Jessica isn't very good at applying makeup.
Her eyebrows are beautiful; they don't need makeup, just trimming. She has big eyes and long eyelashes, which are all advantages.
There was a professional makeup artist here who first did Jessica's makeup and gave her a brief introduction to the cosmetics. They didn't try to sell you anything; there's no need for that.
It simply tells you what your face needs.
Jessica wasn't too unfamiliar with these things; when Tracy was a singer, it was pretty much the same, except that was all stage makeup.
Finally, they bought a set of cosmetics, several sets of clothes and shoes, and perfume. This time, Link didn't need to become a member. They spent over $200,000 and gained membership.
However, Link asked if they could teach makeup there, and also left Jessica's phone number so he could notify them when the new products for the next season arrived.
Next stop Cartier, watches and jewelry... Jessica felt a little embarrassed.
"Honey, didn't you buy too much stuff?" she said, looking embarrassed.
"No, you've seen my walk-in closet; it's still half full. But you women can't buy all your clothes at once," Link said. "Clothes are bought seasonally, so let's take it slow!"
Women's clothes are such a hassle. Link bought all the men's clothes at once and can just change them up. Anyway, no one will remember how long you've worn a particular outfit, since most of them look pretty much the same.
Link deals with men, and they won't notice the subtle differences in your suit.
But women are different. They have so many styles of clothes, and well-known brands hold fashion shows every quarter. If they fill their wardrobes all at once, then everything will be out of style by the next season.
Link asked the Cartier jewelry and watches supplier to help Jessica choose outfits. He bought two sets of jewelry and two watches, which cost over six hundred thousand US dollars.
Looking at Jessica in the mirror, who was completely different from the one she had been that morning, Jessica finally understood what Link meant.
Link stood behind her, wrapped his arms around her waist, and asked, "How is it?"
"Are you done buying now?" Jessica didn't answer Link's question, but at this moment, Jessica raised her head slightly, and she found her confidence.
"There are also pajamas and underwear, but you can go with Tracy," Link said quietly. "I know you'll pick them out carefully, right?"
Jessica blushed, but still said, "Then it depends on your performance."
"How did you perform tonight?" Link teased his girlfriend.
The back seat of the car was full of shopping bags. The two first returned to Link's apartment. Jessica put the items into the walk-in closet one by one, and the other half of the space was hers, but it was not full yet.
As for the old clothes, Link told Jessica to pack them up and donate them later.
But not today. Link has to keep an eye on the gallery today, and he's made a reservation at a nearby upscale restaurant.
If Wilson Fisk goes tonight, then Link can bring Jessica along, because Jessica knows that Link is going to buy art to decorate his home.
Jessica said, "How about we have dinner together tonight, Tracy?"
Link's lips curled up slightly. He didn't expose Jessica's little scheme, which was to show off a little in front of her sister.
Link doesn't object; the sisters always support each other through the toughest times. However, Tracy desperately wants to be a superhero and is willing to risk her life for it, but Jessica doesn't want to.
There is a conflict of opinion between the two!
Link said, "Okay, I've already booked the place. You can just tell her the time and location."
